In my stay-in-place kitchen, I have made do with what comes my way. The abundance of seasonal greens in my farm box and at my local market is helping me expand the horizon of my pesto from the traditional basil to new and unexpectedly exciting flavors, like carrot tops, chard and beets.

Specific menu is subject to farm box assortment and market availability but will look something like this:
